Easy Returns

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn’t exactly what you expected. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receiving your order, please email us at support@brilliancebeautyandwellness.com with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions.

Please note: You, the customer, are responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.

After your return item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification confirming that your refund has been processed.

To qualify for a refund, items must arrive at our distribution center in "Like New" condition and include all original packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not related to shipping will not be eligible for a refund.

If you wish to initiate a return, please email support@brilliancebeautyandwellness.com and we will assist you. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.

Brand-Specific Return Policies (Very Important)

Because we are an authorized reseller for every brand we carry, some manufacturers have specific return procedures that we are required to follow. This ensures that you receive:

  • 100% genuine, factory-sealed products
  • Full manufacturer warranty protection
  • Correct processing for exchanges, inspections, or returns

For transparency, every product page on our website includes the exact return policy for that specific brand. You will always know the return rules for your product before you purchase.

Regardless of the manufacturer’s requirements, our customer support team will guide you through the entire process and assist you step-by-step.

Damages

If the product arrives damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and email photos to support@brilliancebeautyandwellness.com on the same day of delivery.

Brilliance Beauty and Wellness will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.

Keep all original packaging for any items needing return. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being processed.

We will ensure you receive the correct, undamaged product as soon as possible. Items damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under manufacturer warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes

  • If a vendor or product has a different return policy, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
  • Certified pre-owned or used products are not eligible for return.
  • We only sell to customers intending to use the product for its normal lifespan. Items purchased for temporary or one-time use (trade shows, events, promotional purposes, etc.) are not eligible for returns.
