Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is processed, it is prepared for shipment from our warehouse or directly from an authorized supplier or manufacturer.

Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping time.

 

Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 2–10 business days, depending on your location and product availability.

For certain high-demand or specialty products, shipping times may vary slightly. If there are any delays or backorders, we will notify you promptly via email.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24–48 hours.

 

Backorders & Availability

If an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update and available options.
