• Delivery time: typically 7–10 business days after processing; priority options may arrive in 3–5 business days.
• Tracking: tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
• U.S. orders only: international delivery is not available at this time.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window • Hassle-Free Process for Defective Products

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If your return is not related to a product quality issue, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please include your name and order number with your return. Shipments received after 30 days will not be accepted. Brilliance, Beauty & Wellness cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

For defective devices reported within 30 days of purchase, BestQool will cover the shipping cost to their warehouse. Once received, the device will be repaired free of charge. For devices beyond 30 days from the original invoice date, customers are responsible for shipping costs to the repair facility.

All kits and configurations must be returned in full with the original packaging and components. Items must be in like-new condition. Returns missing components or packaging will incur a $25 fee, deducted from the refund. Damaged or un-sellable products will be refused and returned to sender.

Products listed as Final Sale or Refurbished are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Refurbished products include a 1-year warranty but are not eligible for warranty extensions or refunds.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@brilliancebeautyandwellness.com . Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can process it quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

Warranty

BestQool devices include manufacturer warranty protection — up to 3 years on Pro and BQ Series.

This warranty applies to physical BestQool products purchased through Brilliance, Beauty & Wellness. To receive the full warranty term, please activate your warranty within 14 days of purchase. BestQool offers a free 1-year extension on eligible products.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please send the following:

• Order number or purchase screenshot
• Photos or short video showing the issue
• Brief description of the defect

You may contact support@brilliancebeautyandwellness.com and we will assist with the warranty process with BestQool. You can also contact BestQool directly at help@bestqool.com.

Within 1 month of purchase: BestQool covers return shipping and the repair/replacement service.
After 1 month (within warranty): customer is responsible for shipping to the service facility; repair is covered.
Outside the warranty period: customer is responsible for shipping and repair costs.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, drops, unauthorized repairs, or operation outside of the instructions. Products that have been modified without authorization may have warranty service refused.

BestQool reserves the right to deny or terminate warranty service in cases of abuse, altered products, or unauthorized servicing.
