Return & Warranty — Bestqool
30-Day Return Period: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. If the return is not due to a product quality issue, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please include your name and order number inside the package. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Defective Items (within 30 days)
If your device is defective within 30 days, we will authorize the return and provide a pre-paid return label for shipment to our repair facility. Once we receive the device, we will repair it free of charge.
After 30 Days
For devices beyond 30 days from the invoice date, repair or replacement services are available but the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our logistics provider or repair facility.
Condition & Packaging
All kits and configurations must be returned in full with original packaging and components. Items must be in like-new condition. Returns missing original packaging/components will be subject to a $25 fee, deducted from the refunded amount. If a returned item is damaged or returned in unsellable condition, the shipment may be refused or returned to sender.
Final Sale & Refurbished Items
Items marked Final Sale or sold as Refurbished are non-refundable and not eligible for our standard returns. Refurbished products include a 1-year limited warranty (repair only); they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges outside the warranty process.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds on returned orders unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged items when an identical replacement is available. To request an exchange, email help@bestqool.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (including PayPal). Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after inspection. Any applicable fees (restocking, missing packaging, damage charges) will be deducted.
How to Return
- Email help@bestqool.com with your order number and photos (if applicable) to request an RMA/return authorization.
- We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a pre-paid return label or shipping authorization.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and include your order number inside the box.
- Ship via a trackable carrier and retain tracking information until your refund/exchange is complete.
Lost or Damaged Return Shipments: We are not liable for returns shipped without a label or method we provided. Keep tracking info and proof of postage until the return is processed.
Warranty on Refurbished Products: Refurbished products carry a 1-year warranty from the invoice date covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or cosmetic wear.
