30-Day Unopened & Unused Returns

Unopened and unused iRestore products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must remain completely unopened, unused, and in its original condition with all included packaging, accessories, inserts, manuals, and seals intact.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved before any item is returned.
  • To request an RMA, customers must provide photos of:
    • The unopened product box
    • The unopened outer brown shipping box the item arrived in
    • All visible seals, tape, labels, and packaging from multiple angles
  • The original brown shipping box must be retained and included with the return request.
  • The product must remain in its original packaging, including:

As an authorized retailer for iRestore, Brilliance, Beauty & Wellness strictly follows all Freedom Laser Therapy (iRestore) warranty and MAP policies. Purchasing from us means you are receiving an authentic, brand-new iRestore device that is eligible for the manufacturer’s warranty and for device registration on iRestore’s official website.

All warranty claims are processed in accordance with iRestore/Freedom Laser Therapy’s current terms.

General Warranty Coverage

iRestore Laser Hair Growth System devices and iRestore Illumina Skincare devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty starting on the date of purchase. The warranty covers device defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

To activate and protect your warranty, devices must be registered directly with iRestore:

iRestore Elite — Warranty

The iRestore Elite includes a standard 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. An optional additional 24-month extended warranty may be purchased at the same time as the device to extend coverage to a total of 5 years.

Note: Extended warranty must be purchased at the time of the original device purchase to be valid.

iRestore Professional — Warranty

As of August 19, 2021, the iRestore Professional warranty was upgraded from 1 year to 2 years. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available at the time of purchase, bringing total coverage to 4 years.

iRestore Essential — Warranty

As of October 8, 2023, the iRestore Essential warranty was upgraded from 1 year to 2 years. An optional 24-month extended warranty can be purchased at the same time to reach a total of 4 years of coverage.

All warranty claims are processed in accordance with iRestore/Freedom Laser Therapy’s current terms.

General Warranty Coverage

iRestore Laser Hair Growth System devices and iRestore Illumina Skincare devices come with a manufacturer’s warranty starting on the date of purchase. The warranty covers device defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

To activate and protect your warranty, devices must be registered directly with iRestore:

Warranty terms are set and administered by Freedom Laser Therapy, Inc. and may be updated by the manufacturer.

iRestore Elite — Warranty

The iRestore Elite includes a standard 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. An optional additional 24-month extended warranty may be purchased at the same time as the device to extend coverage to a total of 5 years.

Note: Extended warranty must be purchased at the time of the original device purchase to be valid.

iRestore Professional — Warranty

As of August 19, 2021, the iRestore Professional warranty was upgraded from 1 year to 2 years. An additional 24-month extended warranty is available at the time of purchase, bringing total coverage to 4 years.

iRestore Essential — Warranty

As of October 8, 2023, the iRestore Essential warranty was upgraded from 1 year to 2 years. An optional 24-month extended warranty can be purchased at the same time to reach a total of 4 years of coverage.

As an authorized retailer for iRestore, Brilliance, Beauty & Wellness follows the official fulfillment and shipping processes provided by Freedom Laser Therapy (iRestore). Your order ships directly from the manufacturer’s U.S. facility to ensure authenticity, proper handling, and fast delivery.

Perk of shopping with Brilliance, Beauty & Wellness: we offer free standard shipping within the United States on all iRestore products, even when the manufacturer would normally charge shipping.

Processing & Handling Time

Most iRestore orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays or unexpected inventory delays. If there is a backorder or lead time, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Method & Origin

iRestore products purchased through Brilliance, Beauty & Wellness ship directly from iRestore / Freedom Laser Therapy in the U.S. using reliable carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). This protects your device’s warranty, authenticity, and traceability.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Area (United States)

Free standard shipping applies to deliveries within the United States (continental U.S.). If you need shipping outside the U.S. or to U.S. territories, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and any additional costs.

Expedited or Special Delivery

If you require expedited shipping, business delivery, or have a special delivery location (salon, med spa, clinic), contact us and we will coordinate with iRestore on your behalf. Additional fees may apply for upgraded or non-standard services.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because iRestore orders ship quickly, please notify us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address or cancel. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped by the manufacturer, it cannot be canceled — in that case, please refer to the iRestore Return Policy.
